An engagement is certainly a reason to celebrate, so we adore today's engagement party photos from Nadia Hung Photography. It's almost like a mini practice wedding! Plus it gave Shadi, the beautiful bride-to-be, a chance to show off her engagement bling in person:)

"Shadi & Antonio decided to have their engagement at the UBC Boathouse in Richmond BC becouse of its panoramic views and great space. The day began with gloomy skies and for a time it looked like the great panoramas that the space offered were going to go to waste. But as fate would have it a ray of sunshine peaked out of the clouds just as the bride to be entered the main hall. Soon the clouds cleared up and a warm, blanket of light illuminated the room. The warm, yellow and orange hues of the spring sunset played of the blue nautical table linens and added a new depth to the beautiful centerpieces that were provided by a local flower shop.
It was a stunning display, but even more stunning was the gorgeous bride to be. She was dressed in a beautifully crafted white BCBG dress and sported coral colored heels to add a pop of excitement. Her husband to be Antonio, was also very handsome in his nautical themed navy suit which was accessorised by a brown belt, and navy swayed shoes.
The party went of without a hitch. Laughes were shared, families were brought together, new relationships were formed and Antonio's and Shadis love fore each other was something to aspire to."
